| Ben is a highly qualified executive offering more than 20 years of accomplished experience in electrical engineering. Ben has extensive experience in building strong and prosperous relationships with stakeholders in the wind energy industry with a proven track record of creating and delivering complex technical and stragegic programmes. Prior to joining NGenTec Ben led the Wind and Renewables sectors for Converteam. | James previously worked in project management and technical leadership roles in BAE Systems and Mott MacDonald before joining NGenTec in 2009. He has been closely involved in the development of the Company to date and is also a Saltire Fellow, a practical programme focused on creating and leading high growth ventures. | Markus is the inventor of NGenTec’s generator design and has extensive experience of developing novel generator technologies. A Reader at the University of Edinburgh, he is running a research team of 13 supported by £2m of funding, focused on the development of electrical machines for renewable energy. | ||

| Charles has 20 years of experience in the wind turbine sector, held Director positions within engineering, marketing and business development with turbine manufacturers, and with Garrad Hassan and Partners the global wind consultants. He joined the Company from Nordic Windpower, where he was CTO, designing and building 1MW onshore wind turbines. He is a Chartered Engineer with a background in power and electrical machines. | Jim is a Chartered Accountant with significant financial and general management experience including over six years within the renewables industry in Scotland, including major fund raising projects. | Alasdair has a PhD in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and was awarded scholarships from the Royal Academy of Engineering. He is the co-inventor of NGenTec's generator design and is actively involved in a number of research projects related to the NGenTec technology. |
